If you or your guest abuse, disrespect, or disregard the below listed or others in the governing documents, the authorities will be contacted immediately for your removal. Furthermore, you will be asked not to return to the pool or pool area for the remainder of the pool season. Your access card will be deactivated and/or a $250 fine can be imposed.
1. Homeowner's HOA account must be current – NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. Must have activated pool card. No tailgating is permitted. Replacement pool cards are $25.
3. Clean up your area after each use; discard all trash.
4. Leave the bathroom areas clean after each use.
5. Residents should accompany a limit of two (2) outside guests at a time due to the capacity of the swimming pool area - watch and control your children and/or minor guest that accompany you.
6. Please observe the maximum number of swimmers allowed in the pool posted on the pool rules sign.
7. Pool hours for the season are as follows: Monday – Sunday: 10:00 AM –9:00 PM. Please report to the management if someone is at the pool outside these hours.
8. No food or drinks in the pool area.
a. No grills or other food prep devices are allowed in the swimming pool area.
b. No family style meals.
c. No restaurant type food allowed.
d. No restaurant delivery allowed.
9. Private parties are prohibited. No one can reserve the pool area, including the parking lot.
10. Please note cameras are installed at the amenity area to view any misconduct or violations. Report any misbehavior of others to the Pool Committee or Management.
11. The community is not responsible for any lost or unattended items.
12. WARNING: No lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk.
13. Emergency Assistance: Please call 911 or utilize the red emergency phone.
14. There should be no solo swimming.
15. All children under 14 should be accompanied by an adult (18 yrs. or older).
16. All toddlers 3 yrs. and under (or not potty trained) should wear swim diapers with close fitting rubber pants over top.
17. No glass containers are permitted inside the pool fence.
18. There should be no running, boisterous or rough play.
19. No person under the influence of alcohol or drugs should use pool.
20. There should be no spitting or blowing nose in the pool.
21. Persons with diarrhea, illness or nausea should not enter the pool.
22. Persons with skin, eye, ear, or respiratory infections should not enter the pool.
23. Persons with open lesions or wounds should not enter the pool.
24. No animals or pets allowed in the pool area except for service animals.
25. No smoking is allowed in any pool area.
26. Swimmers should take a shower before entering the pool.
27. Street clothes are not allowed in the pool. Proper swimming attire is required.
28. Please check the pool area for other pool rules not listed on this form.
PLEASE NOTE: Under Georgia law, there is no liability for an injury or death of an individual entering these premises if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of contracting COVID-19. You are assuming this risk by entering these premises.
